Happy Chinese New Year Everyone!

Chinese new year is celebrated annually in Bukit Sunrise School. It’s a part of celebrating diversity in BSS. This year is the year of the earth pig. The pig is the symbol of personality and fortune. We hope this year will bring us good fortune and we become better people.

As usual, students participated in several activities to celebrate Chinese new year. Our morning consisted of a presentation about Chinese new year tradition from one of BSS parents, making lanterns, playing games, cooking class and ended with a Barong Sai performance from the primary children. The students also got Angpao as a gift for Chinese new year.
